For commanding the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the private respondent in regard to illegal construction being made over the land of the petitioner without obtaining consent from him.

ii). Also for commanding the respondent to compensate the petitioner suitably in regard to the illegal constructions having been made over the land of the petitioner."

Considering the nature of the prayer made in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19569 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
