Petitioner was earlier granted provisional bail vide order dated 12.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28591/2015 with a direction that the petitioner shall surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and thereafter the court below shall, after issuing notice to the complainant, grant provisional bail to the petitioner. The petitioner prayed for extension of time for surrendering in the court below. As prayed for, three weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner for surrendering in the court
