2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 342 and 376 of I. P . C .and section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have committed rape with the victim. Victim in her her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C . has supported the prosecution case .
