02. 26.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 395 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that the complaint petition was filed after delay of one and half months and there is no injury report to support his false and concocted story. Their entire family has been roped up in this false case on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43440 of 2016 (2) dt.26-10-2016 account of village politics and other co-accused persons namely Shankar Ram, Manoj Ram and Sanoj Ram have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Ram Sundar Ram, Dudhnath Ram and Sidhnath Ram be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No. 1119 (C) of 2014, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section
