2. The present petition (IA No. 01 of 2025) was filed for early hearing but as it is submitted that the matter appears compromised, therefore, the case is decided it is through present order.

3. In view of aforesaid, there is no need for separate order for I.A. No. 01 of 2025.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 921 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(4), 341(2), 342(2), 61(2), 3(5), 342(1) of the BNS/ 406, 420, 467, 469, 473, 476, 120, 34 and 475 of IPC.

5. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and are in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28924 of 2025(5) dt.23-09-2025 2/3 custody since 30.11.2024.

6. The allegation against the petitioner is to cheat the informant who is running shop of jewelry for exchanging the golden bangles against non-golden metals.

7. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that matter appears compromised between the parties against total sum of Rs. 10 lakhs. It is further submitted that investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

9. Mr. Anshul, learned senior counsel for the informant also approved factum of compromise. In this context it is pointed out by Mr. Anshul that petitioner agreed to pay Rs. 2,50,000/- to informant through demand draft at the time of furnishing bail bond and rest of the balance amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- paid in three equal installments of Rs. 2,50,000/- each within six months of furnishing of bail bond.

10. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by

No.28924 of 2025(5) dt.23-09-2025 3/3 taking note of fact as matters appears compromised between the parties as submitted aforesaid, coupled with fact that investigation of this case already completed where petitioner remains in custody since 30.11.2024, accordingly petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 921 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM IX, Patna /concerned court, subject to the conditions as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 480(3) of BNSS, subject to further condition:- (i) Petitioner is directed pay Rs.

2,50,000/- to the informant at the time of furnishing of bail bond in terms of compromise and further to pay balance amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- within six months as discussed aforesaid, failing which informant may press before the learned trial court itself for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner, which be decided by learned trial court itself after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
