It has been vaguely stated that the land of the petitioner has been acquired by the respondent State for the National Thermal Power Corporation. The Court is not aware whether the compensation amount under the award has been paid to and received by him. A grievance is raised that although the petitioner has share in the land so acquired but the compensation amount has not been paid to him. Any such grievance can be raised before the Collector under the Land Acquisition Act in terms of Section 18 thereof. The petitioner may raise a grievance before the concerned authority in this regard. The counsel for the
