JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that victim girl had gone to Kolkata on her own will as both were in love with eachother. Doctor has assessed her age to be 17-19 years. There are two statements of the victim girl under section 164 Cr.P.C. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
