2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 308, 379, 354(b), 447, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 alongwith co-accused Saroj Kumar Sahu are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of wife of Shiv Shankar Sah with iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute, altercation took place between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26651 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 parties. Case and counter case. Case, lodged from petitioners' side is earlier in point of time. Both parties are co-sharers. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 518 of 2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./ Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
