2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(Kh), 354(Gh), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on the eve of Chhath puja, this petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of daughter of the informant and also took photographs of her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the present case is counter-blast of Sarmera P.S. Case No. 248 of 2023. As a matter of fact, on the eve of Chhath puja, over a petty dispute, a hot talk took place between the parties and in retaliation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned VIIth Additional Sessions Judge Special Judge, POCSO, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
