The petitioners have been in custody since 06.03.2019 in connection with Bhagalpur Rail P.S. Case No. 50/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the general coach of the train and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
