2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 427 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of IPC.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that an enquiry team had been constituted in order to examine the documents and appointment related papers of Niyojit Teachers from year 2003 in pursuance of order passed by this Hon'ble Court and the informant was part of the enquiry team for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 27813 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 district of Saran. A complaint was received from one Vijay Yadav, the then Panchayat Samittee Member, Mashrakh and on enquiry and verification from Bihar School Examination Board, it was found that the petitioners had produced forged Teachers Eligibility Test (T.E.T.) certificates for their appointment in the year 2012-14 that was a compulsory criteria at the time. It has also been alleged that petitioner no. 03 had produced a forged report of Bihar School Examination Board before the Teachers Appellate Tribunal about her TET certificate to be true. It is alleged that petitioner nos. 01 and 02 have utilized others' TET certificate after forging the same and petitioner no. 03 used forged certificate of other person.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They were misled to believe that the TET certificate was genuine and they have committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioners resigned from their post of Niyojit Teacher after institution of First Information Report against them.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the fact that there is serious allegation

No. 27813 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 3/3 against all the petitioners of having forged the Teachers Eligibility Test Certificates for obtaining their appointment in the year 2012-2014 and taking note of the fact that pursuant to lodging of the FIR, all the three petitioners have resigned from their post of Niyojit Teacher which suggests that the three petitioners had in a way admitted their guilt. Considering the serious nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
