The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 307 of 2006 registered under Sections 197, 198, 199, 200, 420, 466, 467, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of Annexure-3, it appears that after release of the petitioner no.1, the informant has filed an application for cancellation for bail, but the same was rejected. Further submission is that no forged bail bond was filed, as there is a person namely Amit Kumar of the said village, who stood as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41376 of 2017 (3) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 one of the bailer of petitioner no.1.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 307 of 2006, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
