2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw present application with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Urmila Devi).
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. This application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no. 1 (Urmila Devi).
5. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are apprehending their arrest in a case in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1529 of 2025, (G.R. No. 5641 of 2025) dated 05.11.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

6. As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant, who is the deceased, was married to co-accused Jitendra Kumar in the year 2022. It is alleged that the petitioners along with the other co-accused persons demanded dowry and tortured the deceased. It has further been alleged that on 04.11.2023, the petitioners along with the other co-accused persons killed the informant's daughter on account of the nonfulfilment of the dowry demand.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitoner nos. 2 and 3 are married sister-in-law (Nanads) and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It has further been submitted that the marriage of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 took place long ago and they are living in their respective matrimonial houses and had got no concern with day to day affairs of the deceased or husband. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 used to visit their parental house only on some important functions. It has further been submitted that the informant, with oblique motive has falsely implicated the petitioners, who have no concern with the affairs of their parental house. 8. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and has submitted that the post mortem report goes to show that it was a homicidal death.
9. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relationship of the petitioners with the deceased, let the above named petitioner no. 2 (Khushboo Devi), and petitioner no. 3 (Rupa Kumari) in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1529 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
