Ms Priya Gupta, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Bihar and the informant. It is not in dispute that the case is arising out of failure by the accused persons to honour the agreement for sale of their property in favour of the informant. It is also not in dispute that as a result of efforts in mediation process, remaining amount of Rs 15 lacs has to be paid in four installments. The first installment of Rs 4 lacs will be on 15th March, 2023, second installment on 15th April, 2023 and third installment on 15th May, 2023. The last installment of Rs 3 lacs will be on or before 15th June, 2023. In view of the amicable settlement based on the aforesaid terms, as also considering the nature of allegations, this Court is inclined to confirm the provisional bail granted to the petitioner, under order dated 09.09.2022.
