The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 812 of 2016 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she, according to her sweet will, went to Delhi along with petitioner and was living with him. Further submission is that the allegation of kidnapping is not made out against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36047 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S.
