2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.172 of 2022, arising out of Hathuri P.S. Case No.128 of 2021, lodged under Sections 304B and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 06.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27506 of 2023 with direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within 9 (Nine) months.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the progress report has been called for. From the report, it has come that there is likelihood of completion of trial within 6 (six) months.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby refused.
