ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 16.05.2014 passed in CWJC No.6911 of 2014. The said writ petition was disposed of with the direction to the District Programme Officer to take cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and pass final order on the same in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, positively within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order. Learned counsel for the petitioner alleges that the aforementioned order has not been complied with, inasmuch as on the date of filing of the contempt application, no order was passed on her representation by the concerned opposite

A show cause has been filed today, from which it appears that the District Programme Officer, ICDS, East Champaran, Motihari has already disposed of the case of the petitioner, vide order dated 12.05.2015.

Under the aforementioned circumstances, there is no violation of the order passed by this Court. The contempt proceeding is thus dropped. The M.J.C. application stands disposed of.
