In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For setting aside the order of respondent no. 04 Sub-divisional Officer Baisi dated 08.12.2022 where by respondent no. 04 illegally cancel the PDS license of the petitioner on the ground of irregularity in distribution and black marketing of food grain. But petitioner was not present there, he had gone out for treatment and the grains that seized by Block Supply Officer Dagarua has been recovered from Haji Abdur Rahman's house who have business of buying and selling of wheat & rice.

(iii) To grant any other relief(s) to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Against the order of the Sub-divisional Officer, Baisi dated 08.12.2022 insofar as cancellation of PDS license the petitioner has remedy before the appellate authority. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke remedy before the appellate authority. In the event of filing the appeal by the petitioner the same shall be examined and decided within a reasonable period of time. (P. B.
