The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 13.12.2013 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna in Bikram P.S. Case No.120 of 2012 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
