Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj Excise Case No. 63 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The seizure list reflects recovery of 7.560 liters of illicit foreign liquor.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Excise Case No. 63 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
