2. Earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was allowed and one of the condition in paragraph-8 (i) was as follows:- "one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioners, who shall provide official document to show their bona fide;"

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners Ms. Phooljahan submits that the parents of the petitioner no. 1 is no more and further his only sister resides in Aurangabad (Maharashtra) and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36536 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 is unwell. In that background, she as such submits that paragraph 8 (i) be modified accordingly.

"8. (i) "one of the bailor should be the family member/relative of the petitioners, who shall provide official document to show their bona fide;"

4. The order dated 07.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 76557 of 2023 stands modified as aforesaid.
