The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 registered under Sections 366A and 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. specifically stated that she solemnized the marriage with this petitioner and used to live with him as wife and husband and wants to live with the petitioner as evident from Annexure-2 to the application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.26929 of 2019(3) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S.
