The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.436 of 2020 for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner was not found on the spot and he has been named by his nephew, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Khagaria in connection with Gogri
