2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Men/Main P.S. Case No. 8 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 96 and 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant but from the statement of the father of the victim girl it appears that the victim had left her home on her own.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2025 and claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Main @ Men P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). Before accepting the bail-bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found having clean antecedent, the bail-bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted. If the petitioner is found having criminal antecedent(s), his bailbonds shall not be accepted by the court below.
