Ms. Geeta Kumari, ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Quashing the impugned order dated 10-07-2002 and 13-072002(Annexure-) passed by Respondent no 4 and 5 by which the selection of the petitioner as Aganwari Sevika has been cancelled with immediate effect.
II) Reinstating the service of the petitioner to her original post of Aganwari Sevika at Centre Torapur (Barah) by removing the respondent no.4 and 5 from that Centre.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has pointed out that though the present writ petition pertains to the issue of termination of the services of the petitioner, as an Aganwari Sevika, however, she has subsequently been elected as a member of the Panchayat Samiti, Panchayati Raj Barah, hence, now she is not eligible to hold any post of Anganwari Sevika, a fact which is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, hence, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition may be disposed off.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
