Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,120(B),34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 30(a),41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The FIR named accused disclosed name of the petitioner as business partner of the named accused in the business of liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2019. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26483 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Rajauli Police Station Case No.06 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
