3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 28.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11743 of 2025, due to typographical mistake in the title portion of the aforesaid order, the name of the petitioner has been typed as "Chottu Yadav @ Chottelal Yadav @ Dharmendra Yadav" in place of "Chottu Yadav @ Chottelal Yadav @ Dharmendra Yadav @ Dhirendra Kumar" .

4. In view of the above, let the name of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26453 of 2025(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 be read as "Chottu Yadav @ Chottelal Yadav @ Dharmendra Yadav @ Dhirendra Kumar" instead of "Chottu Yadav @ Chottelal Yadav @ Dharmendra Yadav" .

5. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 11743 of 2025 vide order dated 28.02.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
