The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sohsarai P. S. Case No. 42 of 2017 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that petitioner asked the informant to contact her son for getting him admitted in a polytechnic institute, thereafter complainant gave Rs. 65,000/- to the son of the petitioner but the complainant was not admitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner is that she asked the complainant to contact her son for getting admitted in a polytechnic institute that too is a false allegation and there is no any transaction between the complainant and petitioner and she has got no

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Gita Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Sohsarai P.S.Case No. 42 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
