The Counsel for the Union of India placed the communication dated 26.6.2013 (Annexure-8) which is impugned in the writ petition and submits that if the forms and fees have been returned treating the application as abandoned the writ petitioner can file afresh application. In her submission, the writ application has become infructuous.
