Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kawakole (Rupao) P. S. case no. 235/2017 registered under sections 307, 379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have given khanti blow causing head injury to Englesh Yadav, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
