Considering the criminal antecedent the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused on 06.12.2018 vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71421 of 2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that two country made pistols and 15 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2018. However, co-accused, Brajesh Kumar @ Brajesh Kumar Singh and Kanhai Thakur @ Kanhai Kumar Thakur, have already been allowed privilege of bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 44714 of 2018 and 53252 of 2018 on 01.08.2018 and 10.09.2018 respectively. The petitioner is in custody since about one year.
