Relying upon the averments made in the counter affidavit, learned State Counsel submits that on 03.03.2015, the Block Development Officer, Hasanpura has communicated to the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Siwan, that bills for payment of arrears for the said period, has already been sent to the Treasury Officer, Siwan. In view of the said development, during pendency of the instant proceeding, he submits that the
