JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus to issue the appointment letter to the petitioner, who had been passed in written examination and oral examination in Advertisement no. 01/2012 for the post of Constable, whereby and whereunder the concerned respondent authorities has not appointed the petitioner.
(ii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to give all consequential benefits to the petitioner from the date, when the similarly situated other persons are getting

(iii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within the fixed time frame."
The present petition has been rendered infructuous with the efflux of time, inasmuch as the petitioner is seeking appointment on the post of Constable, which was advertised in the year 2012 and it is the case of the respondents that the selection process has already been completed. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition, hence, the same stands dismissed.
