Looking to the relationship of the petitioners with the complainant, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2938 of 2017, Trial No. 2290 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
