Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehadiganj P.S. Case No.06 of 2023 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that general and omnibus allegation is made against the petitioners. There is a case and counter case between both sides.
Having considered the facts and the submissions
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27671 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Mehadiganj P.S. Case No.06 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
