2. This application has been filed for the following reliefs:

i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding upon the concerned respondents to investigate the Sahahpur Kamal P.S. Case No.87/2021 registered for the offences u/s 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code later on section

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.782 of 2024(3) dt.26-06-2025 2/3 302 of I.P.C. added thoroughly and properly in the manner provided under the Code of Criminal Procedure;

(ii) To direct the concerned respondents to investigate the abovementioned case and conclude the same with a logical end followed by submission of final forms against the accused persons, so that they may put trial;

(iii) To direct the concerned respondents to arrest the private respondents who is apprehending forarrest by the hands of police in connection with abovementioned case; (iv) To direct the concerned respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner which is at stake at the behest of private respondents who are directly challenging and giving threatening to the petitioner with dire consequences.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 19.06.2025, the S.H.O. of Sahebpur Kamal Police Station, Begusarai and the I.O. of the case have appeared. They have submitted that the investigation is being done properly and the case is pending for verification of the alibi of one of the accused persons who has shown his alibi in Nepal that he was being treated in Nepal on the alleged date

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the police to conclude the investigation at the earliest preferably within three months from today.

5. The personal appearance of the officers is dispensed with.
