2. During course of argument, it transpires that the matter is fixed for argument before learned trial court since 15th February, 2025, as submitted by Mr. Amitabh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant.

3. The aforesaid fact could not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Taking note of aforesaid, as trial of the case is at the stage of argument, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected herewith on third occasion also.

5. The learned District Judge, Patna is directed to inquire into the matter that why this matter is pending for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28553 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 argument before learned trial court since last six months i.e. from 15.02.2025 at the stage of argument.

6. The learned trial court is also directed to dispose the case, preferably within one month.
