The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323, 224, 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners were identified among the members of the mob who had obstructed the police in discharging the official duty to arrest co-accused Gaya Nand Yadav in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015. Further allegation is that the mob scuffled with the police and managed release of said Gaya Nand Yadav.
Submission is that on suspicion the petitioners have

Let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugchhiya at Bhagalpur/Successor Court in connection with Kharik P.S.
