JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This matter has come up under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail petition the satisfaction was mentioned as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order dated 19.04.2019 whereby petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

Let the words "Additional Chief Judicial
