JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter no. 12765 dated 13.09.2012, by which the representation of the petitioner has been rejected.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.06.1996 issued by the respondent no. 3 under his letter no. 484 by which the petitioner has been placed at serial no. 454 ka in the gradation list of Section Officers in

Patna High Court CWJC No.23929 of 2013(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 a most arbitrary, illegal and malafide manner."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the fact that considerable time has lapsed since the issuance of the impugned letter dated 13.09.2012, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
