2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order and conclude the proceeding in respect of petition dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.6871 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2026 2/3 09.02.2024 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by the Learned D.C.L.R., Birpur, District Supaul in Mutation Appeal Case No. 08/ 2014 inter alia the following relief:

(i) respondent no. 2 be directed to disposed off the petition dated 09.02.2024 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by the Learned D.C.L.R., Birpur, District -Supaul.

(ii) respondent no.2 be directed to disposed off the Mutation Revision petition dated 09.02.2024 within three months which is not being heard since long."

3. The petitioner has come with a limited prayer, for disposal of Mutation Revision Case No. 10 of 2024-2025.

4. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 5 duly signed by the Circle Officer, Basantpur, Supaul and an undertaking has been given that Mutation Revision Case No. 10 of 2024-25 shall be disposed of, at an earliest.

5. This counter affidavit was filed in the year 2024

Patna High Court CWJC No.6871 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2026 3/3 (13.08.2024) and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that still it has not been disposed of.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent, the Additional Collector, Supaul, immediately take up the matter and after hearing the parties dispose it of in next three months.

7. If an order has been passed, no further steps is to be taken.
