The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Arwal P.S. Case No. 199/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 379, 323, 324, 341, 342, 337, 427, 452, 153(A), 504, 506, 120(B), 147, 148, 149 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged by the informant, B.D.O., Arwal, that while immersion procession was going on comprising large number of persons, after arrival at a particular point, members of the processionist indulged in anti-social activity, including provocative slogans. They ransacked hutment as well as took away cock from the shop of Guddu Mian, they also lit fire in a tea stall, which was extinguished. During course thereof, so many
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9006 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 persons, including the petitioner, were identified. Some of the members of the mob have already been granted anticipatory bail under Cr. Misc. No. 57394/2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 61287/2017.
That being so, the petitioner Nanhe Yadav in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 199/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
