Petitioner seeks bail in Brhampura P.S. Case No.388 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) and 34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that he got secret information that 4-5 criminals were planning for committing theft near Tanduri Hotel and on such information, the informant raided the place and arrested five persons, namely, Hemant Kumar @ Badal, Ram Babu Singh @ Baba, Braj Mohan Kumar @ Nikku (petitioner), Bipin Kumar @ Tutu and Amarjit. From possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2019. Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019 for recovery of one loaded country made pistol, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, Bihar in connection with Brhampura P.S. Case No.388 of 2019 (G.R. No.6180 of 2019).
