By the impugned order the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners has been rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Ghanshyampur P.S. case No. 81 of 2015, registered, besides different sections of the IPC, under some Sections of the SC & ST Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail petition so that the petitioners may file a fresh anticipatory bail petition before the learned Special Judge, SC & ST Act.

Prayer is allowed.

This anticipatory bail petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
