2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 341, 498(A)_of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1058 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and this is the first complaint of its nature since the parties were married in the year 2014. In any event, the petitioner expresses his readiness to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour. The petitioner claims

4. Despite entering appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2, none appears to represent her when the matter is called.

5. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.04.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1058 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur shall be confirmed, if the petitioner produces the opposite party no. 2 before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, failing which his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
