Now, no further indulgence into the matter is called for in this contempt proceeding.

Further, in case the petitioner with regard to the manner in which the consideration has been made, has any grievance, right is available to the petitioner to challenge it in accordance with law before the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid direction, this matter stands disposed off.
