2. This writ petition has been filed for directing respondent authorities to pay compensation to the petitioner for acquiring his ancestral lands under N.P.G.C. Project in three revenue villages namely (1) Bela bearing Thana No. 193, (2) Dariyabad bearing Thana No. 199 and (3) Meh bearing Thana No. 191 which are revenue villages under Tauzi No. 4785.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests withdrawal of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file civil suit in the court below.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the civil court for
