Medical Oncology is bad and if doctors who are M.D. in Radiotherapy are permitted to treat Cancer patients and carry out Chemotherapy, it would be disastrous and harmful to the Cancer patients and making certain grievances with regard to unqualified persons being permitted to sit in the Cancer Hospitals, this writ petition has been filed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that the issue involved in the matter is a technical issue and
