The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. As per the prosecution case, minor daughter of the informant was taken away by the accused persons including the petitioner herein for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The daughter of the informant returned and her statement was recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has categorically stated that she was not kidnapped, she went out of her own volition and married the petitioner herein. She wants to

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the contents of the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. of the daughter of the informant, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case no. 203 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Sitamarhi.
