2. This application is for grant of regular bail arises out of Lakho P.S. Case No.14 of 2025 registered for the offences under Sections 109(1), 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S. Act, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the F.I.R., one Nunubabu Paswan has fired upon the victim/injured. Petitioner is the order giver.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2025 and he claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25971 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 learned J.M. First Class, Begusarai/concerned Court below, in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No.14 of 2025.
7. At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has clean antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Lakho Police Station, Begusarai on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
